Tawk.to, and Intercom. I’ve also handled product listings and communicated when there are dropshipping orders. I fulfill orders once they are confirmed and shipped. I process refunds when needed and cancel orders upon request. I also use ChatGPT mainly as a tool, and I do editing work using Canva.
