I have BPO experience as a customer service representative and order entry for 3 years. I have had experience in sales and customer service both via phone, email and chat where we are about to help customers with queries such as tracking order status, payment issues, NSF, damaged items, and more, and also reading scripts in order entry to prepare sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
We also respond to comments made by customers on social networking sites, including Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
