Additionally, also part of the Global Expert team who supports the regions across the globe in terms of the capabilities of the SAP S4HANA Cloud Solution. Primarily working on APJ-led deals due to timezone difference but sometimes works on EMEA, LA and NA deals as needed. Consulting Background prior to joining SAP is mainly on Finance and Controlling thus the solution expertise being provided is primary focused on Finance, some Sales and Distribution/Procurement, Enterprise Projects and Professional Services. Performs deal support to the field (Presales, Sales and Partners) by providing demonstrations on capabilities of the system, providing workarounds for requirements that are none standard as well as creating Proof of Concepts for areas that is not tested yet but would conform to the client's requirements. Also provides continuous inputs to Product Management and Development on the potential features and functions that could be lined up in our backlog for the next releases based on the trend and requirements in the market. Sometimes also gets involved in Marketing Events and Presentation in order to provide the customers with a birds eye view of that the solution can provide. Lastly, also supports won deals if there are any implementation issues that needs to be handled and what better solution or workaround to recommend to them, if there is none available, also coordinates with the Product Development team on the implications, scope of the change and business case and urgency of the request.
