I’ve been with the industry for almost 5 years taking in phone calls. My job is to assist customers with their concerns such as billing, inquiries, technical issues, selling and also recruiting. I only handle international accounts mostly part of United states. I also work for an Australian client and my main task is to offer the service of their company.
