My Customer Service experience is about 20 years. I worked with U.S. and Australian-based companies with different line of businesses such as online retail store, hotel reservation,
prescription benefit management, credit card/banks, and telco.
My most recent job was a supplement for men company. I started as a Customer Service Representative dealing with customer retention and upselling for about 3 months. I got promoted as an Assistant Shipping Manager for about a year then promoted to Shipping Manager for about 2 more years. As part of the Shipping Division, I organized customer orders, developed reports thru Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with series of formulas and strings to provide significant data for analysis and efficient and cost-effective logistics system. With my experience, leadership and flexibility, I was promoted to be a Director of Digital Marketing for media buying of display ads and Google search ads. I improved the report system for data analysis of traffic, impressions and conversions and strategically and cost-effectively deliver tasks to increase profitability.
