I started my Virtual Assistant career in December 2024, supporting a client with lead generation through research, lead scraping, and qualification. With my sales background, I quickly adapted to identifying quality prospects and organizing clean, actionable lead lists.
In early 2025, I transitioned into a full-time role supporting a cleaning business that handle residential, commercial, and vacation rental clients. I manage cleaner schedules, coordinate job assignments, handle issues, onboard new accounts, communicate with clients, and complete various admin tasks essential to daily operations.
As the business expanded, I moved into the property management side—now supporting a team that manages 92 properties. My responsibilities include managing bookings, guest communications, coordinating cleaners and maintenance, processing invoices, updating listings, and supporting property onboarding.
This role has exposed me to a wide range of tasks and has strengthened my skills in operations, customer service, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving. I continue to learn every day, and it’s rewarding to see our efforts reflected in consistent 5-star guest reviews and the company’s continued growth as we prepare to launch another business in 2026.
