I've been with the customer service industry for seven years. My background includes serving as a customer service associate in a call-center environment where my responsibilities included handling customer mobile returns, billing disputes, basic mobile phone troubleshooting handling customer complaints and escalations. I worked within four high-volume customer-support call centers for a major online retail shop (Amazon), electronics service provider (Bestbuy), a travel agency (Orbitz) and the second largest telecommunications company in Australia (Telstra).I can work with minimal supervision and can easily be taught.If I don't know or if I am confused about something, I always make sure I ask. I am very good with multi-tasking. I want a stable work at home job so that I can put into good use the trainings and the skills that I have.
