Since I've been with HR for more than 20 years,. I was tasked to handle Benefits,. Hiring and recruitment. Including Labor Relations and Engagement. I am well. Erased in communication with our employees since I handled benefits. I deal with different people with different personality. I was tasked to discuss benefits to our employees including their families. I do the investigation works as well for our Labor relation and in charge in preparing the Notice for explanation to involved personnel up to 8nvestigation process to Investigation Process reporting to Notice of Decision. I am also the on who handles administrative cases up to attending g labor meeting with the Union from ground Level up to Department of Labor. I am also the one in charge 8n computing benefits and preparing report for our monthly manpower and plantilla. I charge with the recruitment process from end to end so that includes the Data management for any changes in our employees employment ----------- charge in screening of applicant and also coordination with other government agencies for the Business License permits and other reportorial needs up to coordination and booking of accomodations Ang travel requirements.
Since I was also assigned at our Safety Department I am familiar with the day to day reporting and preparation of incident and accident report. acted as Secretariat to the CBA for Rank and File and to the Supervisory Level and Safety Meetings.
