I assist with third party authorization requests, document collection, lender follow ups, and case tracking to support foreclosure resolution and acquisition strategies.
My background in land analysis has strengthened my expertise in land valuation, market research, deal structuring, and acquisition analysis. I am skilled in reviewing acreage, access, zoning considerations, topography, flood zones, utilities, and comparable land sales to help evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition decisions.
In addition, I have extensive experience in seller and buyer communication, investor relations, lender coordination, vendor and contractor management, and document preparation, including Purchase Agreements, payoff requests, reinstatement requests, and acquisition related documentation.
I am highly proficient with CRM platforms, MLS systems, Land ID, Trello, Stride, OpenPhone, electronic signature platforms, and other real estate technology tools used to maintain efficient workflows, organized records, and smooth transaction coordination.
