To secure a position where I can effectively utilise my technical and customer service expertise .I have been working as a technical support/customer service representative for more than 6 years and my daily tasks enables to be more efficient when it comes to resolving technical issues like booking flights, creating itineraries, no cable service, internet connectivity, no dial tone and bill explanation.
