With over two years as a Shopify Merchant and Plus Support Advisor, I assisted merchants with various aspects of the Shopify platform, including product listing, order fulfillment, setting up shipping rates, managing markets and domains, and editing websites using both Shopify and third-party themes. I also specialize in large-scale product listing, managing the manual or bulk upload of 16,000 SKUs or more via Shopify CSV files per task. From store configuration to payment issues and platform troubleshooting, if it's Shopify, I've handled it.
Building on that experience, I later moved into a Logistic Support Specialist role, where I reviewed and validated legal and operational documents for logistics companies, managed compliance records, and handled sensitive incident reports, making sure businesses stayed authorized, compliant, and protected.
My background also includes customer service in auto finance and e-commerce retail, giving me the ability to handle pressure, manage multiple cases at once, and communicate clearly, whether I'm talking to a frustrated merchant or a compliance officer.
