- In charge in management of data needed to perform customs clearance activities to ensure customs compliance in front of customs authorities and secure smooth supply chain using Cargowise system
- Coordinates with the clients, suppliers/third parties, and the business unit in chasing necessary documentation for customs release of shipments
- Assist client request and raise issues /escalations as needed
- Develop strategies for process improvement using six sigma methodologies
- Develop team operational plans using data analysis on volume of shipment received, and productivity trend from previous annual/monthly consolidated reports
- Analyzes and applies data generated from operational feedback to discover
untapped opportunities for the team
- Uses feedback and analytics to re-strategize operational strategies
- Has keen knowledge in Data Analytics, SQL, and Tableau
- Build a contact list directory and manages suppliers and clients contact list for team internal records
