The skills I have developed over the years stem from being immersed in different roles in the BPO & Non-BPO entities. My foundation is customer service. From there, I moved on to Human Resources doing recruitment work & eventually managing a team of recruiters. I have also delved into payroll/taxation implementation which further honed me to being hired as a Manager overseeing different aspects of the Lead Generation Industry. I have also done quite a bit of admin, website updates & seo tasks while being a virtual assistant. I enjoy challenging work & learning new things. I work self-directed & manage to figure things out independently, whenever possible.I am seeking a long-term, stable job where my skills and insight may be deemed my contribution to furthering the organization I will be part of.
