I’ve worked extensively with EPIC, HUB Cloud, FTNI, Guidewire, Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Teams, Webex, and Citrix, along with various insurance carrier and operational platforms.
I’m also experienced in customer service, ecommerce, order management, data entry, and administrative support, which means I’m comfortable handling both client-facing and behind-the-scenes work.
