Hi! My name is -----------. I have 2 years of experience working in a BPO company as a customer service representative. I am in a ride-share company that deals with drivers with different concerns, especially with their pay or even cancellation fees through emails and chats. I also worked with their personal information and the requirements if they are eligible to drive in their state. During my work, I was able to learn how to help and give quality customer service. I don't have any experience being a virtual assistant, but I have a background working in a Senior High department and assisting the admin with their tasks such as enrolling students, keeping and handling files, and other things that needed to be done at the office.
