I started my career as a Subject Matter Expert at Airbnb, where I developed deep expertise in platform policies, product workflows, and complex case handling. In that role, I supported global users, guided internal teams through high-level escalations, and consistently delivered solutions rooted in accuracy, efficiency, and policy alignment. My passion for operational excellence and problem-solving quickly became the foundation of my professional journey.
I then transitioned into the vacation rental space, beginning as the Head VA at ZonaStay, where I led daily operations, optimized workflows, and became the main point of support for both clients and guests. This role strengthened my leadership skills and gave me experience managing processes end-to-end while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.
From there, I joined SmartStay as a Guest Relations Supervisor, where I elevated guest experience through structured communication, issue resolution, and review performance strategy. I implemented and refined structured automations to reduce manual workload, improve response times, and enhance operational consistency. I handled escalations, optimized workflows, collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, and ensured smooth guest journeys from check-in to check-out.
Today, I serve as Head of Systems & Platforms, where I focus on building a scalable, efficient, and compliant digital ecosystem for SmartStay. I oversee system optimization, platform performance, automation workflows, OTA governance, and cross-platform data accuracy. I manage vendor relations, system integrations, and listing quality across all OTAs, ensuring our digital infrastructure supports seamless operations for both guests and internal teams.
