My technical background includes strong knowledge of network fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and basic programming using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. In addition, I bring (6) six years of experience in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Representative, where I have worked extensively with platforms such as Zendesk, Five9, Salesforce, Aircall and Citrix to deliver efficient and reliable support.
I have provided technical support for companies including Canon ITS, JustPark, Ruggable, and ClickFunnels, assisting clients with a variety of technical issues and ensuring timely, effective resolutions.
