Working 7 years now, customer service is my foundation in all aspects of my job cause they are the end/last receiver of any type of service that an employee is working with either email/chat/phone support. I do have a strong understanding of web hosting/ web concepts. I am well experienced in DNS mapping, particularly in Cloud Infrastructure and Domain Names. I know how to publish websites and escalate issues during the technical process needed. I also have enough experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Proficiency with Outlook, OneDrive, and other Office 365 services. I also have experience in testing website pages and platforms by examining bugs and errors then rejecting the result and pushing back to the development
phase.
