I have almost 6 years of experience in Customer Service or Support role. I've been able to improve my communication skills, develop empathy, and learn how to identify and handle issues effectively by working in customer support, all of which have contributed to giving customers an excellent experience. I handle customers concerns via call, email and chat with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Offer alternative solutions when needed to retain customer’s business. I also want to highlight that being a CSR for different industries, such as telecommunications, pool cleaning services, and the e-commerce industry, has equipped me to be able to handle different customers based on their needs, which has expanded my expertise and flexibility in different situations. In e-commerce industry, I also handled order management which helped me a lot to manage multitasking and back-end tasks such as data entry and reporting.
