I have several years of customer service experience working in a BPO industry. I have developed my communication skills by providing phone support for customers' inquiries and technical issues. I have also gained important knowledge on managing accounts that I have handled such as for Credit Cards, Health Insurance, Desktop computer and an Accounting Software.
