Currently handle recruitment for virtual Filipino staff supporting Buy It Direct, a large UK-based retail and e-commerce organisation, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Also experienced in recruiting Filipino land-based workers for deployment to different countries, as well as contractor management, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and HR support.

Experienced in accounting and financial administration, including billing, collections, invoicing, supplier payments, financial reporting, project expense monitoring, tax compliance, and statutory contributions.
