I oversee a small online business based in Morong, Rizal, Philippines. During the pandemic, I explored freelance opportunities to expand my skills while adapting to changes in business operations.
In February 2021, I began part-time as a Quality Assurance Tester, evaluating websites, mobile applications, and products. This helped me develop strong attention to detail and adaptability in a new field.
In July 2022, I worked as a part-time Assistant to a Manager in a financial institution, handling administrative support, client requests, insurance applications, proposals, and data entry. This role concluded in September 2022. In November 2022, I also worked as a Data Annotator, focusing on image annotation, linking, and segmentation.
In August 2023, I started my freelancing journey as a Virtual Assistant for a U.S.-based company, managing booking, receiving, and shipping documents, and creating Shipping Letter Instructions (SLIs). In November 2023, I supported a U.S.-based manufacturing company with data entry, account management, email support, lead generation, and CRM tasks. I also worked as a Student Operations Specialist for a tutoring service, handling client communications until November 2024.
In 2024, I joined an Australian-based company as an Admin Assistant, managing lead generation, emails, guest bookings, podcast scheduling, and course creation. I later transitioned into a Marketing Assistant role, handling podcast post-production (scheduling, rewind notes, quality checks), social media management, and analytics reporting. This role concluded in March 2026.
In May 2025, I was hired as a Sales Associate/Specialist for a U.S.-based custom golf company. I managed client inquiries via email and HoneyBook, created mockups, prepared quotes and invoices, generated shipping labels, and developed tech packs for production. I also provided order updates and followed up with clients to support sales and engagement. This role concluded in April 2026.
