•Daily Xero bank reconciliation (push Dext items to
Xero, bank transactions reconciliation, chase documents for attachments, etc)
•Accounts receivable check and maintenance (enter invoices, check outstanding invoices and chase)
•Account payable check and maintenance (enter bills, check outstanding bills requiring payment)
•Payroll preparation (enter new employee details,
update info, prepare payroll when necessary, export leave reports, superannuation payable check and payment via Auto Super)
•Payroll tax preparation (update wages figures monthly, lodge payroll tax into QRO online)
•BAS/AS preparation (monthly and quarterly)
•Prepare monthly reports, financial and non-financial reports requested by directors and managers
