In my latest role, I worked on JobTarget’s Video Interviewer, a tool that helps recruiters screen candidates faster and more effectively. It reduced manual back-and-forth, improved early candidate evaluation, and gave hiring teams better signals beyond resumes. The goal was simple: save recruiters time while improving hiring decisions.
I like working on products where the impact is clear, whether that’s improving workflows, automating repetitive tasks, or building tools people actually enjoy using. I work mostly with modern web stacks, cloud services, and a bit of AI when it makes sense, always keeping things practical and maintainable.
