I have been a Customer Support Specialist for more than 5 years wherein the main task is supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints effectively.
During that job experience, I was able to navigate different tools and how to familiarise them quickly.
I have an impressive track of achievement in my previous roles by achieving things on my own with my determination and focusing on my task. For being one of the performers, I have been selected to be given a special task wherein requires to create a Powerpoint to present updates on our process and services to the whole department. Managing and monitoring the status of our team via Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Google/One Drive.
With these tasks, I was able to acquire more skills beyond my main role and expanded my knowledge with different tasks.
