My career path has been quite the adventure, filled with diverse experiences that have really shaped my knack for leadership and customer care. From my rapid ascent to Lead Teacher and Teacher-Supervisor roles at the Missionary Training Center, where I was spinning plates, guiding tea-----------mbers, and rallying us to hit our targets, to diving into the virtual realm during the pandemic. When I joined a Real Estate company, I took on the challenge head-on, swiftly climbing the ladder to become Chief Operations Officer. Even though I started with little industry know-how, I jumped right in, soaking up the ins and outs of real estate intricacies and finding ways to streamline operations, all while playing a significant role in closing numerous property deals.
My goal?
To be the driving force behind companies' growth by simplifying processes, boosting efficiency, and helping them reach their goals and visions. I'm all about continuous improvement, which is why I'm currently deepening my understanding of Organizational Leadership at BYU-Idaho.
