I run marketing and operations for founders who've outgrown doing both themselves. I've been freelancing since 2016, and I work as an integrator, which means I own the systems and the people running them instead of handing over a plan and walking away.
Right now I own service delivery for a marketing agency across 42 client accounts. When I took it over, the work ran off a shared inbox, so whatever a client

I also recruited and trained the VA who handles fulfillment, and I still own her assignments and her quality control. Before operations, I spent seven years in the marketing itself: Content, SEO, paid ads on Meta and Google, funnels,

Retainer partnerships with a defined scope and clear deliverables. Hourly setups and screenshot monitoring aren't a fit for how I work. I also don't take meeting-heavy arrangements.
