Post insurance companies’ payments and/or response into various systems based on client, such as electronic, ERA, or paper explanation of benefits.
Daily checks on the pending amounts due from carriers.
Check with carriers on no response claims based on predefined dates.
Prepare for the reimbursement tea-----------mber the amounts outstanding and key issues.
Follow up on appeals and claims for reconsideration.
Perform other duties assigned.
