Driven by efficiency and a commitment to service excellence, I work as a full-time Recruitment Operations and Client Support Specialist handling tasks such as:
Client Support• Support client requests related to job ad updates, company-level changes, or technical concerns from pre-onboarding to offboarding• Manage support tickets via HubSpot Helpdesk, addressing concerns from candidates, clients, potential clients, and other external contacts (including JustCall inquiries)• Ensure job advertisements are accurately created, properly maintained, and compliant with job board policies (e.g., Indeed), while reflecting each client’s branding and hiring goals• Keep clients informed about organizational changes, including transitions in hiring tea-----------mbers or management• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, apply revisions, and provide updates for active job ads• Support internal teams by following up on pending tasks and ensuring client concerns are promptly addressed• Contribute to marketing and branding efforts by creating visuals using Canva, designing social media content, QR codes, business cards, and internal KPI leaderboards• Monitor reviews across platforms and respond when necessary to maintain a positive employer brand
Recruitment Operations (RecOps)• Utilize tools such as Recruitee, HubSpot, Slack, and Indeed to support recruitment workflows and manage job ad performance• Audit and maintain alignment across recruitment platforms to ensure consistency and operational accuracy• Collaborate with tea-----------mbers to identify and implement process improvements to streamline RecOps functions• Provide support in the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed• Ensure automation and data processes are functioning efficiently to improve team productivity and client satisfaction• Assist and guide colleagues on best practices and processes, offering mentorship and support
