At my previous employments, I always provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a shift lead I was able to manage a team of service desk agents ensuring that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational , I also handle high severity i----------- and acts as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received. I create and submit statistics and management reports to higher ups. As a member of Shared services training team, I handle new service desk employees at Accenture, providing basic training and tests before they are appointed to a certain project. Having basic to intermediate knowledge on Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point) I was able to create and conceptualize new learning manuals as needed by the training team. As a technical support representative I have dealt with desktop support (hardware/ software) as well as application support mainly for POS. I also have SAP ERP experience as a service desk using PB4, P54 and PU2 systems.
