I’ve been a customer Service Associate here in this company for almost 8 months, I’ve been the
first point of contact for our North American customers by answering their requests through
phone, Chat and/or email and use of variety of tools to navigate and review solutions in realtime. facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders, and communicate
effectively with our customers. I am also responsible for gathering intelligence to prevent any
potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance.
