What is Quality Assurance (QA)?
Quality Assurance ensures that software, platforms, and games perform as intended. It’s the process of detecting defects early, validating fixes, and confirming stability before release — all to protect the user experience and prevent costly errors. In short, QA is about building confidence in every release.
How I apply QA in real projects:
With two years of experience in operations support and manual testing, I apply QA principles to keep systems stable and user-friendly. My focus areas include:
1. Defect detection and validation through functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
2. Meeting SLA targets for fast issue resolution and reliable turnaround.
3. Supporting game and tech operations to ensure smooth performance and minimal downtime.
Why QA matters:
Without QA, even small bugs can lead to major user frustration or business loss. My work helps companies maintain trust, reduce downtime, and deliver stable releases that keep users engaged.
What I’m building next:
I’m expanding my knowledge in QA tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency, automate workflows, and accelerate product quality.
