I have over 6 years of experience in administrative support, specializing in email communication, data entry, logistics coordination, and quotation preparation. I help businesses stay organized, efficient, and on top of their daily operations by making sure tasks are handled accurately and on time.
In my most recent role as a Home Content Coordinator, I managed backend systems, handled content updates, and performed quality checks for property listings before publishing. I ensured all information was complete, error-free, and aligned with company standards. I also assisted in preparing guest quotations and keeping listings updated.
I also have experience in logistics, where I worked closely with international partners to coordinate shipments from ordering to delivery. This role strengthened my attention to detail, especially in handling documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving issues when they arise. As a Junior Quotation Officer, I prepared accurate and competitive quotations while supporting the sales team’s needs.
Earlier in my career, I spent 4 years in the academe, handling multiple roles at the same time: as an Instructress, Registrar, and Assistant Academic Head. This experience trained me to manage different responsibilities efficiently, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
I am easy to adapt and proactive, and I take the initiative to learn things I’m not yet familiar with so I can deliver better results. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high-quality work.
