I have 17 years experienced working as a customer service representative, not just over the phone but on a personal basis too. I have worked in the my local city airport / airline and some of the well - known malls in my area. I am excellent at communication and dealing with customers at any given circumstances. I can work independently with less supervision and can handle pressures very well.
