I have worked in different industries, which has helped me develop strong communication and organizational skills. I previously worked as a Barista and as a Property Specialist, where I gained experience in customer service and sales. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for a California-based insurance agency, where I sent email confirmations to clients, created Certificates of Insurance (COIs), processed endorsements and cancellations, and quoted Auto and Home insurance policies.
In addition, I worked as a Client Success Associate supporting Chiropractic offices. I managed new client onboarding, gathered necessary information, set up Facebook ad campaigns, built automations using GoHighLevel and Zapier, and edited marketing creatives in Canva.
