I bring 10+ years of experience across financial operations, e-commerce, customer operations, and technical support, including experience with Amazon in a Senior Financial Operations Analyst role.
In Financial Operations, I managed approximately €45M in combined Accounts Receivable portfolios covering Emerging Markets and Transportation. My work included collections, account reconciliation, credits and write-offs, dispute resolution, financial tracking, reporting, and coordination with Billing, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams.
I also look for ways to improve the process instead of simply completing the task. One of my projects helped increase coverage of 31+ day overdue accounts from 36% to 89%, reduce average invoice age from 256 to 140 days, and generate approximately $6.1M in annualized free cash flow savings.
Before moving into Financial Operations, I spent more than five years working extensively with Amazon Seller Central across 18 global marketplaces. My experience includes FBA and FBM operations, listings, Account Health, compliance, A-to-z claims, Brand Registry and intellectual property issues, customer experience, product reviews, seller performance, reporting, and troubleshooting marketplace and fulfillment issues. I also supported operations across Amazon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer channels.
I am comfortable working with data and learning complex systems. My experience includes SAP, Oracle, Amazon tools, Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Gorgias, Twilio, AgoraPulse, CRM systems, and other e-commerce and productivity tools.
More recently, I have been expanding my hands-on experience with AI and automation. I don't use AI only to generate text or answer questions. I use it to help me design and improve actual workflows. For a large Facebook hobby community I help administer, I built an event management system that automates processes including participant registration, attendance, prize inventory, raffle eligibility, winner selection and winner tracking.
That project reflects how I approach work in general: understand the problem first, organize the data, remove unnecessary manual steps, and build a process that is easier to operate and scale.
I also work independently as a content creator and collaborate with brands. This has strengthened skills that don't always appear on a traditional finance resume: project ownership, digital content, community management, brand communication, adaptability, and the ability to learn new technology without waiting for formal training.
I have professional experience supporting international customers in both English and French, as well as working with global and cross-functional teams.
