I am currently working at IBM business solutions as Order Management Specialist with our client, The Clorox Company. I am trained and specialized in creating and sending email to communicate with our buyer and client regarding issues and concern circulating the orders that we managed. I was trusted by the company to make a decision on how to resolve issues that I encounter with my account. Aside from the issues, we also handle the order processing using SAP application.
