Over the years, I have held various roles such as customer service representative, sales agent (both phone and face-to-face), administrative assistant, marketing coordinator, lead generator, and most notably, customer operations team manager.
My career spans across multiple industries, including BPO, telco, and SaaS. I've worked in customer service, QA, deployment & scheduling, email and social media marketing, and data analytics. I've trained teams, built processes from scratch, created SOPs and training manuals, and managed end-to-end operations. This trait is especially true in startup environments, where I frequently handled tasks independently.
