My forte is on the design and estimate of Mechanical Systems such as Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Stairwell and Lift Pressurization, Smoke Exhaust and Make Up Air Systems, Basement Parking Ventilation with Jet Fans, Toilet Exhaust Systems, Kitchen Exhaust Systems, Fuel Supply Systems, etc. I also have basic knowledge in Plumbing and Sanitary Design and Estimates and also in Fire Protection Design and Estimates. I can proficiently use Autocad and Revit Software. I have made my own excel of Calculations which greatly and surely hastens the design phase of a project. I am proficiently able to make a quantity take off of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Estimates. I am eager to learn things that I can get as far as I can reach.
