Taking calls, chats, and emails from customers for 5 long years had helped me improve my communication skills. I mastered an effective way in delivering difficult messages to customers who are also in difficult situations and sometimes who may be also difficult to handle. I've also learned to be an efficient multi-tasker as this greatly helps in being able to handle calls properly while at the same time doing searches, scanning through resources to find a resolution to customers' issue. While I can say that I had always been a patient and understanding individual, but being in the Customer Service Industry have made me realize that I can be more patient and understanding than I already am especially when that is essential to this line of work. The ability to think critically and also analytically are also always tested in the day-to-day encounters with customers as it is your job to help them find a resolution that cater to their needs. The positive feedback I receive after those encounters support the fact that, through the years, I have improved on these skills, too. My direct managers have never had any problem about my integrity; I can perfectly work with less-supervision and I am one supportive and effective team player, who also knows how to facilitate and lead tasks when given the responsibility to do so. I always make it a point to deliver results, and I'm willing to go the extra-mile to meet the results I need. Earning trust from people you work for and with is key to building a strong foundation that will lead to gaining their support and assistance in achieving growth in both your career and in life, as a whole. I am proud to say that I've always been a trust-worthy individual as can be attested by many. I also enjoy and cherish the journey of learning new things and meeting new people.
