- Responsible for patient counselling, dispensing, filling of prescription, temperature monitoring, and product reconstitution.
- Checking and updating stocks supplies, ordering and receiving medicines purchased.
- Identifying batch number, lot number, expiry date of received stocks. - Handle product complaint, update standard operating procedure, comply requirements from food and drug administration (FDA)
- Monitor emails and customer concerns, answering inquiries and run over the
entire flow of the pharmacy.
- Investment advisory, financial literacy, Implement diverse wealth management options to meet client investing objectives
- Regularly reviewed and monitored accounts to ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines and regulations
- Process claims and benefit of the insured clients
