As a Customer Care Associate my role requires me to be clear in verbal and written communication ensuring the customers feel heard and understood. The crucial part is actively listening and empathy which has the biggest impact for getting the customers trust and giving the best support for their concerns. Using CRM tool, which is essential of our work, we're trained to use helps us getting all information about their concern and giving practical solution for their concerns.
