I have worked as a Support Team Leader handling a team of 12 members. I do 1on1 coaching sessions with them on a weekly basis to discuss their strengths and weaknesses and collaborate together to form a SMART action plan based on a GROW model coaching approach. I also facilitate weekly meetings with my team to discuss updates with our system processes, discuss FAQs and promote a camaraderie between my tea-----------mbers. I am also assigned to their QA checks on a monthly basis as well as training our new hires. I am also designated to calculate their monthly metrics based on their Individual Performance Objectives. I have been working as a Team Leader for 5 years now with strong leadership skills, people skills, and managing my time wisely to do multitasking and meet my deadlines.
