Most recently, I worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Extend My Team for over three years, where I focused on sourcing passive candidates, screening resumes, and supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment process.
Before that, I worked in HR as a Supervisor at Abenson Ventures, where I handled recruitment, employee relations, training, and even policy implementation. That experience really helped me understand both the candidate side and the internal needs of a company.
