I’ve been working as an Accounting/Admin Assistant for 3 years with high attention to details and excellent in written and verbal skills. I also had an experience working as a Junior Quality Assistant for 4 years to a BPO company, where my skills are best used and was crossed trained to customer service to take calls for inbound, outbound and back-office works assigned to US, AUS and UK clients/accounts.
