I am a certified business analyst and am currently working in the software development process with an intermediate level of experience. I just started my career in September 2022.
I hold both an International Business Management Diploma and a bachelor's degree in Business Economics. Before entering the tech industry and becoming a certified Information Technology Business Analyst, I was exposed to the business environment for 5 years.
My knowledge of business management has been very beneficial to me in my journey as an IT-BA, especially in creating a strong engagement with my clients, making the unknown known to deliver the business solution, bridging technology and the organization's core functions, and bringing everyone onto the same page.
I am an expert in agile business analysis. My main focus is on developing system requirements. I also focus on business process analysis and software testing.
