I am knowledgeable with medical terms as I was a graduate of Medical Technology and has experience with the process of blood extraction and other laboratory examinations. As I was facing with my patients everyday in my past jobs, I enhanced my communication skills with them. I am organized, can multitask and can work under pressure. I have the understanding of the US healthcare workflows as I previously worked as a client partner handling prior authorization tasks. I was able to navigate different EMRs such as AthenaOne, Carecloud and Nextgen and was able to communicate with different payers through portals, phone calls and fax.
