On 2021, I was hired as a telephone banker in a very well known company in the USA for almost 2 years. We handled from 80-100 calls a day. We processed payments via checking account, handled credit card disputes, process card replacement, report fraudulent charges, activate digital wallet and also assisted customers with their online banking.

On August 3, 2015-February 3,2021, I got hired as a consumer consultant at Telstra International Philippines Incorporated for almost 6 years. I have taken on various roles from billing, service inbound support, Moves Case Management, Quality Assurance and Complaints Management.
