I already handle 4 different accounts when it comes to BPO industry. 1) I've been Linksys as Sales and Technical representative for almost 2 years. 2) Was able to handle a retail account for about a year where we're assisting our customers in placing an orders, helping them with the product they're looking for, listening to their complains when they've an issue with the products and at the same time resolving their issues. 3) I've been with TMobile as a Customer service and technical representative for a year and after a year i was promoted as supervisor 4) Lastly I've been a virtual assistant where we're updating the properties that was given to us.
