- Scheduling the tenant for their availability for the repairs in the apartment/condo/house
- Getting approvals for the invoices that the technicians sent to us
- Making sure that the job of the technicians is done on time
-Creating Work Orders.
-Digitized the workers' Timesheet and uploaded it to the work orders to ensure accuracy.
-Upload receipt of purchase on materials bought for the work order.
-Prep bills on the work order for the Owners.
-Responding to the Owners email inquiry
-Sending out approvals for work orders to owners.
-Calling utilities for owners and tenants (Electric, Gas, and Water)
